Add “Pay Roll Gifting” Payroll giving is a simple and tax-efficient way for employees to donate to charity directly from their salary. Donations are taken automatically through an employer’s payroll system before tax is deducted, meaning the charity receives the full donation while the employee benefits from immediate tax relief.
